1. Why Domain Assignment Is Required

Security and Control: Only domains assigned to a token can use the accessibility widget. Regulatory Compliance: In many countries, the domain must be listed in the accessibility statement. Customization: Enables accessibility settings to be tailored to a specific version of the website.

2. Domain Requirements

You only need to enter one version of the domain (e.g., example.com or www.example.com). The system automatically recognizes both the www and non-www versions – no need to add both manually.

3. Multiple Domains and International Versions

For multilingual or multi-regional sites (e.g., example.pl, example.de), each separate domain should be assigned individually. A separate token must be generated for each domain to comply with local accessibility declaration requirements.

4. Summary

A token can be assigned to one or multiple domains (e.g., for different countries). There’s no need to add both the www and non-www versions – they are recognized automatically. This ensures easier setup and compliance with accessibility regulations.
