Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer time-limited trial versions. Instead, we provide a free plan
that is available indefinitely but comes with defined usage limits (e.g. number
of views or scans). The free plan can be used without time restrictions as long
as the assigned limits are not exceeded. Once the limits are reached, you can
upgrade to one of the paid plans.

What limitations apply to the free plan?

Under the free plan, the accessibility widget allows a limited number of monthly
views and can be installed on a limited number of websites. Similarly, automated
audits have a cap on the number of scans, and features such as real-time
monitoring are available only in paid plans.

What payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit and debit card payments processed via Stripe, as well as bank
transfers. Card payments support automatic subscription renewals. Bank transfers
(while available) are slower — funds are typically credited within a few
business days and do not support automatic renewals.

When is the service activated after payment?

Accepted Answer

For card payments, access is activated almost immediately after the payment is
processed. In the case of a bank transfer, the subscription is activated once
the payment is received and recorded (usually within 1–5 business days).

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are made in advance
and cover the entire selected billing period (monthly or yearly). If automatic
renewal is not enabled, your account will revert to the free plan after the paid
period ends. If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription will renew
automatically for the next billing period.

What taxes are applied to the prices?

All prices listed in our store are net prices. For customers based in Poland, a
standard 23% VAT is added. For business customers from other countries, we apply
the reverse charge mechanism — VAT is not added on our side, and the tax
obligation is transferred to the buyer.

Will I receive an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When choosing bank transfer as the payment method, a pro forma invoice is
sent to your email address after placing the order. A VAT invoice is issued
immediately after a card payment is completed or once a bank transfer has been
received and credited.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profit organizations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer non-profit organizations free access to our accessibility widget,
which can be installed on one website with no view limits. To take advantage of
this offer, simply contact us (e.g. via the contact form) and provide proof of
your organization’s non-profit status.

Do you provide technical support?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide technical support to all customers. Users can contact us via
email or the contact form and also benefit from our extensive online
documentation and knowledge base.

What happens if I exceed the limits of my plan? Will I be charged additional fees?

Accepted Answer

No — we do not charge any additional or automatic fees for exceeding plan
limits. Each plan has clearly defined limits, and once they are reached, the
relevant functionality is simply restricted to the scope of that plan.
For example:

* in the case of the accessibility widget, once the monthly view limit is
   exceeded, the widget stops displaying until the limit resets or the plan is
   upgraded;
 * if you reach the maximum number of websites allowed for the widget, you will
   not be able to add more sites;
 * for automated audits, once the available number of scans is used, no
   additional audits can be run during that billing period.

If you need higher limits or additional features, you can upgrade to a higher
plan at any time.
