3.7. WCAG compliance
The Solution is designed to follow WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 guidelines (AA level), supporting digital accessibility best practices. The Widget does not guarantee full compliance with WCAG, ADA, EAA or any other regulations — full compliance depends also on the User’s code quality, content, and audits performed independently of the Widget.
4. Conditions of Use
4.1. Installation and use
The Solution may only be installed in accordance with the Service Provider’s technical documentation.
Dedicated plugins are available for WordPress, Joomla, ModX and PrestaShop; other systems use integration documentation.

- proper installation and configuration according to documentation,
- monitoring monthly usage within subscription limits.
4.3. Responsibility for accessibility
The User bears full responsibility for bringing their website into compliance with accessibility laws. The Widget supports the process but does not guarantee full compliance — this also depends on the structure and content of the website. The Service Provider may offer additional paid development support.
4.4. Acceptance of Terms
Using the Solution constitutes acceptance of these Terms — through account registration, clicking “I accept the service terms”, or by using the Widget.
