Counting requests – how it works

Each request for the accessibility widget script is counted as one request.

The system automatically excludes popular bots from the count, such as:
bingbot, gptbot, ClaudeBot, AdsBot and other commonly known crawlers.

Additionally, the count does not include our internal bot, which scans the page for images for the alternative description generator (if the alt generation feature is enabled).

The request counter is reset at the beginning of each month.
When approaching the limit, the system automatically sends an email notification to the address associated with the user’s account.

If you notice a significant difference between our statistics and your data, please let us know.
We will verify the situation and help determine the cause of the discrepancy.
