1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) define the rules for the provision by Dock sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Rakoczego 9/73, 80-288 Gdańsk, NIP: 9571173402, KRS: 0001105135 (hereinafter: “Dock”, “Service Provider”) of services consisting of performing automatic audits of digital accessibility and monitoring the compliance of websites with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) via the tool available at dock.codes (hereinafter: the “Tool” or “WCAG Tool”).
The WCAG Tool constitutes a SaaS-type digital service provided electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
These Terms supplement and implement the provisions of the Dock.codes Store Regulations, which govern the general rules of placing orders, payments, and user account management. In case of any conflict, the provisions of these Terms take precedence.
2. Nature and Scope of the Service
The WCAG Tool performs an automated analysis of HTML code, DOM structure, accessibility attributes, and related interface elements for compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines at levels A, AA, and — to the extent technically possible — AAA.
The results generated by the Tool are for informational and indicative purposes only. They do not constitute:
- a conformity certificate,
- an expert opinion,
- a professional assessment within the meaning of applicable law.
A full WCAG compliance evaluation requires a manual audit conducted by a specialist. Such a service may be ordered from the Service Provider as a separate, paid service.
The User acknowledges that the automated report may contain errors resulting from technological limitations, website dynamics, rendering differences, or server configuration of the site being analyzed.
3. Technical Requirements
Using the WCAG Tool requires:
- an active Internet connection,
- a current version of a modern web browser supporting contemporary web standards,
- in the case of extended functions – an active user account in the DockWCAG system.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for improper functioning of the Tool resulting from failure to meet the above requirements.
4. Usage Models and Plan Limits
The User may use the Tool under one of the available subscription plans.
Each plan includes specific functional limits, as shown in the table below:
Plans and Limits Table

Exceeding any limit results in a temporary block of further scans until the limit renews.
5. Technical Limitations and Service Conditions
The Service Provider may introduce temporary limitations on the Tool’s operation due to the need to:
- ensure infrastructure security,
- prevent misuse,
- perform maintenance or updates.
The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the monitoring system nor the immediate execution of API requests, particularly in the case of failures, DDoS attacks, or unforeseen events.
Any programming, integration, development, or implementation work performed on behalf of a user on their systems constitutes an additional paid service, charged according to the hourly rate set by the Service Provider.
6. Use of the API
Access to the API is available to all Users with either a paid or free plan.
The User is obliged to:
- use the API in accordance with the documentation,
- not exceed the allocated limits,
- not use the API for actions that destabilize the system.
The Service Provider may deactivate a user’s API key if abuse, limit circumvention attempts, harmful automation, or actions negatively affecting the Dock infrastructure are detected.
7. Data and Reports
Data obtained during automatic audits is stored for no less than 14 days from the date of generation.
After the period referred to above, reports may be deleted, particularly in the case of unauthenticated users.
In commercial plans, the audit history may be longer; however, the Service Provider does not guarantee unlimited retention.
8. Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- decisions made by the user based on automated report results,
- analysis errors resulting from changes in website code, server configuration, or mechanisms blocking scanning,
- damage resulting from improper use of the Tool.
In paid plans, the Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the billing period during which the damage occurred.
9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the functioning of the Tool should be sent to: wcag@dock.codes.
The Service Provider reviews complaints within 14 business days.
A User who is a Consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract after the digital service begins, i.e., after the first audit is performed or access to the Tool is granted.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
The rules for processing personal data are defined in the DockWCAG Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may collect aggregated, anonymous statistical data for the purposes of developing the Tool, improving its stability, and ensuring security.
11. Final Provisions
Dock reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, in particular in the event of introducing new functionalities or technological changes.
Authenticated users will be informed of updates to the Terms 7 days in advance.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply.
Disputes arising from the use of the Tool shall be resolved by the court competent for the seat of Dock sp. z o.o., subject to Consumer rights.
